1. What Information We Handle

We separate the information handled by Dogwu into two categories, aligned with our product features:

• Your Local Private Content: All content you create or import in Dogwu, including photos of your dog from your library, custom edited memory cards, arranged stickers/frames, and your custom background designs, are stored only on your personal device. We do not have access to this content, and we never upload any of your private creations to our servers without your explicit written consent. You retain full control of all your precious memories at all times.
• Non-Personal Anonymous Usage Data: To improve your experience (like making the canvas drag smoother, adding more popular stickers that users love, and optimizing HD export speed), we may automatically collect anonymous non-personal information, including your device type, app version, crash logs, and general usage statistics (such as which features are used most often). This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use information we collect for the following purposes:

• Improve the performance, stability and features of the Dogwu app, to make it easier for you to create beautiful keepsakes for your dog
• Fix bugs and technical issues that may affect your editing experience
• Understand user preference to add new stickers, frames and design features that match what our users want

We will never sell, rent, share or distribute your personal identifiable information or private creations to any third party for commercial purposes.

3. Storage of Your Creations

When you finish editing your dog memory card, you can save your creation to your device gallery or export HD images to your photos. All saved files are stored on your own device, we do not keep any copies of your work. You can revisit, edit or delete your creations at any time, fully under your control.

If you contact us for technical support and choose to share your creation with us to solve the problem, we will only use your shared content for troubleshooting purposes, and delete it permanently after the issue is resolved.

4. Third-Party Services

Dogwu only uses trusted third-party services to help us maintain and improve the app. All third-party services we use are required to comply with strict privacy standards, and only collect the minimal anonymous data needed for their function. We do not allow our third-party partners to collect any of your personal private content from the app.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the information from our records promptly.

6. Your Rights

You have full rights to your personal information: you can access, correct, delete or request a copy of any information we hold about you at any time. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the email address below, and we will respond to your request within 30 business days.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our product features or regulatory requirements. When we make changes, we will notify you via an in-app update notice, and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Dogwu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
